Independent School, St. Augustine's Priory in Ealing, has made significant progress in The Times’ School League Tables 2026: The best UK secondary schools revealed, published on Friday, 5th December. The Times’ School League Tables 2026 ranks the best state and independent schools each year based on pupil outcomes at GCSE and at A Level. St. Augustine's Priory is in the top 30 independent schools in England and Wales for A Levels (top 35 of all schools). The School is placed 85th out of the top 300 independent secondary schools in England and Wales in the overall rankings - a rise of 59 places which takes it WELL into the top 100.
Among independent girls’ schools, this achievement confirms that St Augustine’s Priory also stands firmly among the leading schools in the country, reflecting the strength and ambition of the School's academic community.
The results and subsequent ranking rightly reflect the hard work of pupils as well as the bespoke support and challenge that St. Augustine's Priory's outstanding teachers provide to all pupils.
Headteacher, Mrs Macallister, commented, "We are immensely proud of this progress and grateful for the continued support of our school community. Together, we are ensuring that St. Augustine’s Priory remains a place of excellence and opportunity for every student, as well as providing the outstanding pastoral care for which we are justly renowned".
